Is the hose durable and long enough for everyday use?
Yes. The pump includes a 6mm × 1000mm inlet hose and 10mm × 1200mm outlet hose, providing enough length for most vehicle and equipment fluid transfer tasks. The heat-resistant nylon construction helps prevent hose collapse, ensuring smooth fluid flow and reliable performance during use.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as motor failures, electrical component defects, and product malfunctions caused by manufacturing problems.
The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts, such as blades, brushes, filters, seals, or other consumable components that naturally wear out during use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered.
