Step 1: Turn Off and Remove the Battery
Before opening the pump, always remove the battery to ensure safety.
Never attempt to disassemble the pump while the battery is installed.
Step 2: Open the Pump Cover

Locate the screws on the front pump cover.

Use a screwdriver to remove the screws.

Carefully lift off the cover to expose the impeller.
Be careful not to lose the screws during this process.
Step 3: Check the Impeller
Once the cover is removed, inspect the impeller carefully.
Check for:
• Dirt or debris stuck around the blades
• Damage or wear on the impeller blades
• Difficulty rotating the impeller
Try rotating the impeller gently by hand. It should rotate smoothly.
If debris is present, remove it carefully.
Step 4: Replace the Impeller (If Needed)
If the impeller is damaged or worn, it may need to be replaced.
