Will this cleaner damage my DeWalt batteries?
No. The mellif cleaner includes a built-in battery management and protection system that helps prevent over-discharge, over-current, and short circuits. When the battery reaches a low-voltage threshold, the system automatically stops operation to help protect your DeWalt batteries and maximize their lifespan.
Is the suction powerful enough for pet hair, sand, and everyday debris?
Yes. Equipped with a 120W high-performance motor, this cordless vacuum delivers strong suction to easily pick up pet hair, dust, sand, crumbs, and other everyday debris from car interiors, upholstery, hard floors, and tight spaces. It is designed for routine home and vehicle cleaning.
Are the HEPA filters washable and reusable?
Yes. The vacuum includes two washable and reusable HEPA filters that capture fine dust and allergens. Simply rinse the filters with clean water, allow them to dry completely, and reinstall them for continued performance.
Can it vacuum wet spills or liquids?
No. This handheld vacuum is designed for dry debris only, such as dust, pet hair, sand, and crumbs. To protect the motor and HEPA filters, do not use it to vacuum liquids or wet materials.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as motor failures, electrical component defects, and product malfunctions caused by manufacturing problems.
The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts, such as blades, brushes, filters, seals, or other consumable components that naturally wear out during use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered.
