Will this snow shovel damage my DeWalt batteries?
No. The QESOO snow shovel includes a built-in battery management and protection system that helps prevent over-discharge, over-current, and short circuits. When the battery reaches a low-voltage threshold, the system automatically stops operation to help protect your Dewalt batteries and maximize their lifespan.
Is it powerful enough for heavy, wet, or compacted snow?
Yes. The high-efficiency brushless motor delivers strong performance for everyday winter conditions, including wet snow and moderately packed snow. For very dense or partially frozen snow, slower passes may be needed to achieve the best results.Frozen or compacted snow may cause slight resistance or intermittent clogging, which is normal and expected during use.
Does it throw snow far enough or just drop it nearby?
It does not just pile snow at your feet. The machine can throw snow up to 23 ft, helping you clear pathways efficiently and keep snow away from your working area for faster, cleaner clearing.
Is it easy to push through deep snow or on slopes?
Yes! It’s designed with an ergonomic handle for comfortable operation and easier pushing. The lightweight cordless design helps reduce arm strain, while the powerful brushless motor provides the extra power needed to handle heavier snow. For very deep or wet snow, we recommend clearing in smaller passes for smoother and easier operation.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as motor failures, electrical component defects, and product malfunctions caused by manufacturing problems.
The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts, such as blades, brushes, filters, seals, or other consumable components that naturally wear out during use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered.
