How to Claim a Warranty?

This article explains our after-sales service process, warranty coverage, and important requirements to help you resolve product issues efficiently.


1. Why an Order Number Is Required

To process any after-sales request such as a replacement or refund, we must be able to verify your purchase in our system. The order number is essential because it allows us to:

  • Locate your original transaction

  • Confirm warranty eligibility

  • Ensure we are assisting the correct customer

  • Process replacements or refunds accurately

If you purchased through Amazon, the order number can be found in your order history, confirmation email, or invoice.
If you purchased through our official website, the order number is included in the order confirmation email.

Without an order number, we are unfortunately unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund.


2. Standard After-Sales Service Process

Our after-sales procedure is designed to be clear and efficient:

  1. Provide your order number

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue or video or clear images showing the product issue

  3. Our team locates the order in our system

  4. The issue is reviewed by the after-sales department

  5. A suitable solution is arranged (replacement or refund)

Videos or images are required as supporting documentation for warranty, replacement, or return claims.


3. Warranty Coverage Explained (5-Year Warranty)

Our 5-year warranty means:

  • If a quality-related issue occurs, we offer replacement instead of repair

  • Customers only need to provide:

    • Purchase information

    • A product issue video

  • Requests should be sent through our official support email: info@mellif-tools.com

Covered Issues

The warranty covers defects related to the product itself, such as:

  • Motor failure

  • Internal electrical faults

  • Manufacturing-related malfunctions

Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, including:

  • Broken parts due to excessive force

  • Improper operation

  • Unauthorized modifications

Out-of-Stock Situations

If a replacement model is out of stock:

  • Customers may choose to wait for restock, or

  • Customers may choose to get another model as a replacement, or

  • Opt for a proportional refund based on usage time


4. No Registration Required for Warranty Service

Our warranty service does not require prior registration.

When assistance is needed, simply provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Video or images of the problem

  • Shipping address and phone number

This allows us to proceed directly with after-sales support.


5. Purchases from eBay or Unauthorized Sellers

All Mellif products undergo 100% quality inspection before shipment and include after-sales support only when purchased through official channels or authorized dealers.

Important Notice About eBay Purchases

  • We do not authorize sales through eBay

  • Orders placed on eBay cannot be located in our system

  • We are unable to provide after-sales support for eBay purchases

If you purchased from eBay, please contact the seller directly to inquire about warranty or after-sales service.
