- Jobsite & Outdoor (DeWalt 20V MAX Battery Compatible): Compatible with DeWalt 20V MAX lithium-ion batteries for cord-free heating where there are no outlets (Note: Battery and charger are sold separately). Perfect for construction sites, camping, and outdoor work.
How long does it actually take to heat up food? Does it take a long time for refrigerated food?
Equipped with an efficient 150W heating system, it provides more even warming throughout your meal. Approximate heating times based on food temperature are:
- Room-temperature food: Approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
- Refrigerated food (straight from the fridge): Approximately 25 to 45 minutes.
- Tip: Actual heating times may vary depending on ambient temperature, food volume, and moisture content.
Will it dry out my food (especially rice) or produce weird odors during heating? Are the materials safe?

It provides plenty of room for a satisfying, full-sized multi-course meal (generous portions of mains and sides). The container is fully removable, making it convenient to serve food straight from the box.
Is it hard to clean? How should I maintain it daily?
Cleanup is quick and hassle-free. The removable food container can be easily taken out for thorough washing, while the main heating unit can be simply maintained by wiping it clean with a soft, damp cloth after it has cooled down.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as motor failures, electrical component defects, and product malfunctions caused by manufacturing problems.
The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts, such as blades, brushes, filters, seals, or other consumable components that naturally wear out during use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered.
