Will this pole saw damage my Milwaukee batteries?
No. The Qesso Pole saw includes a built-in battery management and protection system that helps prevent over-discharge, over-current, and short circuits. When the battery reaches a low-voltage threshold, the system automatically stops operation to help protect your Milwaukee batteries and maximize their lifespan.
Can I trim high branches without using a ladder?
Yes. The extended pole lets you trim many overhead branches from the ground, helping you avoid the risk and inconvenience of climbing a ladder. The adjustable cutting head also makes it easier to reach branches at different angles.
Will the pole saw feel unstable when fully extended?
Like any long-reach tool, the pole may feel different when fully extended due to increased leverage. The lightweight design, ergonomic grip, and balanced structure help improve control. For the best experience, use both hands and avoid forcing the chain through branches.
Are falling branches easy to control when trimming overhead?
When trimming overhead branches, it’s important to cut carefully and let the tool do the work. The 180° adjustable cutting head provides better visibility and control, helping you position the blade more accurately. For larger or heavier branches, we recommend cutting in smaller sections to improve control and safety.
How often does the chain need to be replaced?
The chain lifespan depends on how often you use the pole saw and the type of wood you cut. With regular maintenance and proper lubrication, the chain can last for many trimming jobs. Replace the chain when it becomes dull, damaged, or no longer cuts efficiently.
Does it have automatic chain lubrication?
Yes. The built-in automatic lubrication system keeps the chain properly oiled during operation, helping reduce wear, improve cutting performance, and extend the chain’s service life.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as motor failures, electrical component defects, and product malfunctions caused by manufacturing problems.
The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts, such as blades, brushes, filters, seals, or other consumable components that naturally wear out during use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered.
