Will this tire inflator damage my milwaukee batteries?
No. The mellif 23p tire inflator includes a built-in battery management and protection system that helps prevent over-discharge, over-current, and short circuits. When the battery reaches a low-voltage threshold, the system automatically stops operation to help protect your Milwuakee batteries and maximize their lifespan.
Can it inflate car tires? Is it powerful enough for SUVs or pickup trucks?
Yes. With a maximum pressure of 160 PSI, this cordless tire inflator is powerful enough for cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, motorcycles, and bicycles. The high-pressure mode quickly inflates vehicle tires, while the built-in auto shut-off function stops automatically at your preset pressure for safe, accurate inflation. It's an excellent choice for everyday tire maintenance and roadside emergencies.
Why doesn't the inflator stop immediately when it reaches the preset PSI/bar?
Don't worry—this is normal and does not indicate a malfunction. The LCD display shows whole numbers only, while the inflator internally measures pressure with greater precision, including decimal values. For example, if you set the pressure to 35 PSI, the display may show 35 before the actual pressure reaches 35.0 PSI. The inflator will automatically shut off once the precise preset pressure is reached. This ensures more accurate inflation.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as motor failures, electrical component defects, and product malfunctions caused by manufacturing problems.
The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts, such as blades, brushes, filters, seals, or other consumable components that naturally wear out during use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered.
